Dr. Anthony Rumsey was born in Tomahawk, WI. After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of Wisconsin in LaCrosse, Dr. Rumsey and his wife Kathy moved to Davenport, IA where he attended the Palmer College of Chiropractic.

NUCCA Trained with Dr. Lee Yardley of Seattle, WA

After graduating from Palmer College, Dr. Rumsey moved to the Seattle, WA area to train under one of the country’s leading Certified NUCCA doctors and President of the National Upper Cervical Chiropractic Association, Dr. Lee G. Yardley. While in practicing in the Seattle area, Dr. Rumsey worked with individuals from Anchorage, Fairbanks, Juneau, and Ketchikan who traveled to the area in order to access this remarkably effective procedure.

Bringing NUCCA Care to Alaska

In 2011 Dr. Rumsey and his wife relocated to Anchorage, AK to establish a private practice making this unique and gentle form of healthcare available locally. In addition to his tenure at the Yardley Institute, Dr. Rumsey has studied extensively through the National Upper Cervical Chiropractic Association and, having achieved part II certification, is currently a candidate for board certification. Dr. Rumsey’s passion for this work and for the health and welfare of those he works with drives him to constantly refine and expand his expertise in the field of upper-cervical chiropractic.
